Utilisation & scope

• One year unlimited¹ Correct, revise, translate and analyse.

Validity & availability

• Account bound: The flat rate is non-transferable, cannot be paid out, and will expire if the account is deleted.

Usage & Credit

• Usage: The booking includes the flat rate automatically activated and no further scripts debited.

• Any existing Scribit credit will be retained and can continue to be used after the flat rate has ended.

Term & cancellation

• Start: The contract period starts on the booking date and lasts for one year.

• Extension: Automatically renewed for a further year if not cancelled by the end of the term

• Cancellation:

  • Possible at any time at the end of the term - directly online in the customer account, by e-mail or in writing.

  • After cancellation, the flat rate remains active until the end of the contract period. Remaining Scribits can also be used beyond this and do not expire.

  • We reserve the right to terminate the flat rate prematurely if we encounter a disproportionate¹ Determine usage. In the event of cancellation by us, the pro-rata amount for the following unused months will be refunded without deductions.

Revocation

• You can cancel the purchase as provided by law, as long as you have not yet started a Scribit-liable action.

¹ Fair Use Policy: Fair use assumes that a user is optimising documents for professional or private use, bringing them independently from the first draft to print readiness. Should the use of the flat rate exceed a converted monthly volume of 20 million characters per month or 5 million characters per day, we reserve the right to restrict or prematurely terminate the flat rate for the respective period. There is no entitlement to continued use in the event of a restriction. The use of the flat rate will be automatically checked for fair use.
